Teeth Complexity
An overload of teeth, or teeth that lack size consistency.
Teeth are the classic AI fail. There are usually too many of them, and they look like Chiclets.
The "Piano Keys"
Humans have distinct teeth (incisors, canines). AI just draws a row of identical white squares. If someone smiles and they have 6 front teeth, you know it's a generator.
Alignment
Check the middle of the smile. The front two teeth should line up with the nose. In AI images, the whole mouth often slides to the side, or the gum line looks like a blurry pink smear.
Common Manifestations
The Shark Mouth: A smiling subject with 3 or 4 rows of teeth visible, or far too many teeth (e.g., 10 incisors).
Uni-Tooth: A white bar across the mouth with faint vertical lines drawn on it, rather than individual teeth.
How to Spot It
- 1Count the front teeth—are there too many incisors?
- 2Do the teeth look like a continuous white strip rather than individual enamel structures?
- 3Is the gum line distinct or a blurry pink mess?
